TAE KWON DO
The Art of Kicking and Punching:
A distance style which emphasizes the versatility of the legs. Start with some basic stretching to improve your flexibility and tone your muscles, then learn how defend yourself using kicks, punches, blocks, and more!
The Gentle Way (or The Supple Way):
A close-in style which develops core muscles and awareness of balance. Don't panic if someone gets up close and personal with you! Maintain your balance while disrupting your opponent's and learn how to sweep, throw, grapple, and fall safely.
The Way of Coordinated Power:
A mid-range style which turns the attacker's strength to your advantage. Let them do all the work for you! Bait your attacker into putting effort in the direction you want, then redirect that force into a powerful joint lock maximizing leverage and control.
